Huff

I finished watching the first season of Huff on the weekend. Good show. It's not perfect; Hank Azaria's titular character is a little too angsty for me at times, but this is more than adequately compensated for by the antics of his best mate and lawyer Russell. Played by Oliver Platt - whom I have loved since seeing him in Funny Bones and about whom I am tempted to bandy terms like "underrated" and so forth - he is a complete and utter reprobate. To the extent that I am seriously contemplating printing one of my (in)famous REPROBATE t-shirts and sending it to him.

In other lawyer-related news, this is a joke, right?

comments:

I'm with you. I really like Hank Azaria, but just didn't care much for him as Huff, but Oliver Platt! genius. The crapping thing, and the hooker. I loved him.
I think Sue previously worked for the firm Steal, Grabbit & Run.
oliver platt is over-rated as a real actor, up there with hugh grant imo.
